How can I redeem my e-gift card?
E-gift cards can be redeemed exactly like a physical gift card. Make sure you have your email with the e-gift card number available when paying for your meal.
Many guests like to take a screenshot of their e-gift card or even print it out! -
Can my gift card be used at any location?
It sure can! You can use your gift card at any location across Canada.

I accidentally sent a gift card to the wrong email address. What now?
Mistakes happen, and that is okay! Please email our gift card team at giftcards@brownsrestaurantgroup.com with your order number and the correct email address you would like to send the card to.

Do you offer co-branded cards?
We sure do! We offer co-branded cards for large corporate purchases of $5,000 or more. Please place your order through https://www.brownssocialhouse.com/corporate-orders and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.
*Please note that co-branded cards can take up to 8 weeks to be completed.

Do you offer discounts for large purchases?
While we don’t offer discounts, we support large purchases with additional bonus cards. Please see our bonus scale below:
$1,000 - $4,999 = 10% bonus
$5,000 - $9,999 = 15% bonus
$10,000 or more = 20% bonus -
I lost my gift card, now what?
If you misplaced your e-gift card email please reach out to our gift card team. They will be able to resend the card to you or the recipient.
Unfortunately, physical cards are to be treated like cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen physical gift cards.
